In his quest to expose the wrongdoings of his fourth target Chairman Conrad (Chun Ho Jin), Johnny Lee (Lee Min Ho) risks his life again when the "City Hunter" attempts to obtain evidence of a fatal chemical inside Chairman Conrad Chun’s factory.
